Complete 6 daily wellness goals to establish healthy habits
Safeguard your health by choosing a suitable designated plan from Cigna Healthcare. Within 28 days of the inception of the policy, you will be rewarded up to 5,000 miles for completing at least one goal on elevated wellness journey. From hydration, balanced diet, sleep to regular exercise, complete six daily goals to earn up to 35 miles per day.
